BID NOTICE Alternate Transportation Services for Pupils (grades K-12) (2022-2023 SY) Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Alternate Transportation Services for Pupils (grades K-12) for the 2022-2023 school year will be received by the Board of Education, West Irondequoit Central School District, Town of Irondequoit, Monroe County, NY, at the District Office, 321 List Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617, until Monday, August 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at which time and place they will be publicly opened. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids. Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (a) of subdivision 14 of section 305 of the Education Law, all contracts for the transportation of pupils, which are subject to the competitive bidding requirements of General Municipal Law, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible contract, herein referred to as "Bidder" or through an evaluation of bid documents submitted in response to a request for bids by a Board of Education.
